Differences In the North

My name is Sharif and my family lives in Pattanee in the south of Thailand. I attend Payap University in Chiang Mai which is in the north of Thailand. I will tell you about the differences between the two places.

Firstly, the south of Thailand is much hotter! It doesn't even have a cool season. Chiang Mai does.

South Thailand is more dangerous than Chiang Mai. Sometimes there are bombs and many soldiers.

In the south I lived in a village, but Chiang Mai is a large beautiful city.

The rice in the south is more spicy than in the north.
